These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through the Picayune G Mart online store, operated by Picayune G Mart LLC in Picayune, Mississippi. They should be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping, Pickup & Delivery Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.
Product listings and availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, quantities, pack sizes, and prices accurately. Product details, packaging, supplier availability, and inventory can change. If a material detail—including price, pack size, or availability—needs confirmation, we will contact you before fulfillment. A product appearing on the website does not guarantee it is currently available.
Prices, taxes, and fees
The price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any available pickup or delivery fees will be presented at checkout where applicable. The final order total is the amount shown before you submit payment, subject to correction of an obvious listing or technical error. If an error materially affects an order and we cannot proceed on the corrected terms, we will contact you and cancel the affected order or item as appropriate.
Order submission and payment
Submitting an order is a request to purchase; it is not a guarantee that the order has been accepted or can be fulfilled. Orders are subject to payment authorization, inventory availability, and fulfillment confirmation where needed. Do not send full payment-card details by email. Payment is handled through the payment methods made available at checkout.
Order changes and cancellations
We may decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, a material listing or pricing error, unavailable inventory, payment authorization failure, or inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order or item after payment has been collected, we will arrange a refund for the cancelled portion to the original payment method where possible. Any partial cancellation or substitution will be communicated to you.
Shipping, pickup, and delivery
Fulfillment is subject to our Shipping, Pickup & Delivery Policy. Shipping estimates are not guarantees of carrier delivery dates. For pickup, wait for a pickup-ready confirmation before visiting. Local delivery is subject to service-area, fee, and time-window confirmation; same-day fulfillment is not guaranteed.
Problems, returns, and refunds
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if an item is missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return and refund requests are reviewed case by case under our Refund & Return Policy. Contact us before sending any item back and wait for return instructions. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
