These terms apply to your use of the Picayune G Mart online store and related services, operated by Picayune G Mart LLC in Picayune, Mississippi. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on our website.
Products, availability, and pricing
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, pack sizes, and prices accurately. Product details, packaging, supplier availability, and prices may change. Some items require availability, exact pack size, final price, or fulfillment confirmation before we can fulfill the order. We will contact you if an important detail needs clarification or if we cannot fulfill the order.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. Orders are subject to payment authorization and availability. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order when necessary, including for suspected fraud, listing or pricing errors, unavailable inventory, or inability to fulfill. If payment has been captured for an order we cancel, we will arrange a refund for the cancelled portion. Payment is processed through checkout's available payment methods. Do not send full payment-card details by email.
Fulfillment
Shipping, pickup, and local delivery are subject to our Shipping, Pickup & Delivery Policy. Pickup requires a pickup-ready confirmation. Local delivery requires confirmation of the service area, fee, and delivery window. Same-day fulfillment is not guaranteed.
Acceptable use and third parties
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the site unlawfully. Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, and other functions; those services may have their own terms and privacy notices.
Disclaimers and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, Picayune G Mart LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or delays outside our reasonable control.
